Our approach is to use personalized experiential "hands-on" learning to maximize retention. This learning by doing style of training (Kinesthetics), is to make functioning a computer, like a second nature. As well, it is geared to helping reduce the nervousness and hesitation the adult learner may be feeling.
Tutoring is done one-on-one, in the comfort and privacy of your own home or office. We use a combination of in-person and at-a-distance (online-telephone) coaching sessions to help you achieve your goals. We coach you on what you want to learn, at your own pace.. No preset criteria or course materials to follow.. You tell us what you would like to be able to do with your computer, and we will accommodate your needs.
We can also maintain and help fix computer issues. We provide valuable advice on computer supplies, services and
equipment.
